Ages 17 and up. Scouting for young adults.
Rovers are the bridge between youth scouting and adult leadership. They run projects, mentor younger members, and take on responsibilities that matter beyond the troop.
What Rovers Do
- Leading service projects in the community
- Mentoring Scouts and Explorers
- Organising events, camps, and expeditions
- Developing skills for life: planning, teamwork, responsibility
From Participant to Leader
Rovers are not just along for the ride. They plan the route, drive the bus, and make sure everyone gets home safe. It is scouting with real stakes and real rewards.
