Branches
From first hike to leading the group, every stage of scouting builds character and community.
FIISS offers three youth branches and an adult leadership team. Each branch has its own activities, challenges and traditions, but they all share the same scouting values.
Scouts
Ages 11 to 13. Where the adventure begins. Games, hikes, camps and hands-on skills that build confidence and teamwork.
Explorers
Ages 14 to 16. Bigger challenges, longer expeditions and real leadership opportunities. Explorers plan their own activities and push their limits.
Rovers
Ages 17 and up. Young adults who lead projects, mentor younger members and take on responsibilities that go beyond the troop.
Leaders
Adult volunteers who make it all happen. No prior scouting experience needed, FNEL provides training and support.
